Delete your account

You can delete your Inves Halal mobile account directly in the app. Deleting your account permanently ends access to the mobile app and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the mobile app

Open the Inves Halal mobile app and sign in to your account.
Open the Profile tab.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the action and enter the confirmation phrase displayed in the app.

Your account is deactivated immediately after confirmation and all active sessions are revoked.

Cannot access the app?

Send an account-deletion request from the email address registered on your account. Include your full name and registered email address. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What happens to your data

Deleted or anonymized

Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
Identity-document number and identity-document image
Street address, postal code, and saved coordinates
Push-notification token and active login sessions

Retained for audit and legal purposes

Booking, invoice, and payment transaction history
Records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and audit

Retained transaction records are kept only as required for the purposes above. Inves Halal does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to those records.
